I founded Loyce Legal together with Attorneys Marco Mayr and Bruno Telchini.
For more than ten years I have been dealing with resolving the problems that businesses encounter relating to safety in the workplace, environmental crimes and the prevention in general of corporate crimes.
I not only focus on defending businesses when they have been unfairly attacked by the State or affected by its ramifications, but also on preventing such attacks.
Each attack suffered by a business generates a considerable cost, in terms of money, time and use of personnel, who should instead be taking care of the business.
The prevention and careful analysis of potential legal risks is a way for companies to avoid useless, heavy costs in the future. In this respect I work alongside the business owner, choosing a practical solution, which is adapted to the specific situation and which allows the company to grow steadily without the need to worry about other matters.

My Experience
Some brief information about my experience:
- I deal with crime prevention (so-called Supervisory Body) for a number of large companies, operating in a wide ranges of sectors, and anti-corruption;
- I hold annual training courses on the subject of crime prevention and anti-corruption for private and public companies;
- I have held courses on criminal law and proceedings for trainee lawyers preparing for their bar examination and for lawyers taking the bi-annual training and revision course in criminal law organised by the Council of the Bolzano Bar Association and the Criminal Chamber.
