Attorney Andrea Benassai
He graduated in 2017 from the University of Trento, with a thesis titled “La circolazione delle società tra professionisti. Integrazione comunitaria, esercizio in forma collettiva della professione e società multiprofessionali” (English translation: "The circulation of companies among professionals: Community integration, collective exercise of the profession, and multiprofessional societies").
During his legal practice, he approached criminal law issues, in its many aspects, as well as administrative sanctioning procedures, becoming increasingly fascinated by them.
In 2020, he joined the Bar Association of Bolzano, where he continued to develop his expertise in criminal law.
Since September 2022, he has been attending a two-year professional training and updating course in criminal law.
After collaborating with a leading law firm in Bolzano specializing in criminal law since 2015, he began his journey at Loyce Legal in January 2024, focusing on criminal law.
