Attorney Meinhard Klammer
In March 2022, he successfully completed his degree in law with a European and transnational focus at the University of Trento. He writes his final thesis on the topic of “The copyright protection of industrial design”.
In the same month, he begins his legal internship in a renowned law firm in Bolzano in the field of criminal law.
From July 2023, he continues his legal internship at the “State Attorney's Office” (in Italian: “Avvocatura Distrettuale dello Stato”) in Trento, where he gains valuable experience in the field of administrative and civil law, thus expanding and completing his professional preparation.
In 2024, he is registered in the Bar Register of the Bolzano Bar Association.
In June 2024, he begins his collaboration with Loyce Legal, where he mainly deals with administrative law and the related criminal law aspects. He also specialises in commercial law.
He advises and litigates in German and Italian. He is also able to communicate in English (level ‘C1 Advanced’), both written and spoken.
