Attorney Mirko Guarienti
Born in Bolzano in 1981, he was awarded a law degree with top marks from the University of Trento in 2007, completing his studies in transnational law, during which he had the opportunity to study for one year at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.
Afterwards, he began working with the Barbin Mayr Rossi Telchini Law Firm and in 2010 he registered with the Bolzano Bar Association.
He provides advice and assistance, both in and out of court, in defending industrial property rights and works with a new-technologies approach to enhance and protect the creativity and expansion of companies on the digital market.
He proposes the most adequate solutions to legal problems and assesses decisions transparently on the action to be taken both in and out of court.
He assists companies to design and update corporate procedures regarding personal data protection (so-called privacy law).
He is involved in civil law cases, and in particular litigation concerning contractual and non-contractual liability in the automotive industry, and has gained expertise in tax litigation and in accounting law and procedures.
